變壓器油絕緣電阻下降的原因分析與處理

摘 要:針對某廠變壓器批次性絕緣電阻降低的問題,對其產生的原因進行了分析,分析表明該廠在2001年和2002年生產的變壓器油中銅離子和氨基比林含量都較高。銅離子的存在會增加變壓器油中的水分含量,從而降低絕緣電阻;氨基比林遇酸則會生成鹽,在電場中帶電,鹽類物質在非極性的變壓器油中溶解有限,因此極易集聚形成帶電微環境,從而降低變壓器油的絕緣性能。提出了一種使用硅藻泥及絲光棉相組合的高效吸附濾板吸附過濾油的新型變壓器油處理方法,并對現場處理工藝流程進行了闡述,應用實例表明,該法可以有效吸收變壓器油中雜質,實現變壓器油的循環利用。

    Abstract: In view of the decrease of insulation resistance of transformer batches in a certain factory, the reasons were analyzed. The analysis showed that the transformer oil produced by the factory in 2001 and 2002 contained high copper ion and Aminophenazone (AP) content. The presence of copper ions increases the moisture content of the insulating oil, this reduces the insulation resistance; When AP meets acid, it will generate salt, which will be charged in the electric field. Salt substances are limited to dissolve in non-polar transformer oil, so it is easy to gather and form charged microenvironment, thus reducing the insulating performance of insulating oil. The traditional treatment method of insulating oil can't completely absorb copper ion and AP, this paper presents a new treatment method of insulating oil, which can effectively absorb impurities in insulating oil and realize the recycling of transformer oil.
